Bhumani Mangar

Bhumani Mangar earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Russell Sage College in May 2022. Her studies sparked a deep passion for Medical Nutrition Therapy, and her hands-on experience in a hospital setting allowed her to care for patients from diverse backgrounds.

In her pursuit of furthering her expertise, Bhumani completed credits up to her senior year for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Russell Sage College. She also dedicated numerous hours to volunteer work, gaining valuable insights into community health. Her experiences included promoting nutritious food choices and assisting with blood pressure screenings, skills that enriched her holistic approach to care.

Bhumani is now ready to step into the working world, bringing her compassion, skills, and dedication to addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of individuals.

A couple of fun facts about Bhumani: she is a district leader at Primerica, working as a financial advisor, showcasing her versatility and passion for empowering others in multiple facets of life. Earlier in her career, she worked as a sales representative for jewelry companies and as an account clerk for an electronics store. Since 2016, she has been a unit support technician, where her role includes serving as a patient care tech, secretary, performing blood draws, and conducting EKGs. This diverse experience highlights her adaptability and commitment to making a positive impact in both healthcare and beyond.
